Q: What is the Iridium Company Store?

A: The Iridium Company Store is where you can order branded merchandise for yourself or for your business needs. These items have been carefully chosen by the Iridium team, and we work with them to add new items seasonally.

 

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation?

A: Yes, all of your order details - including your order number - will be on your automated email confirmation. We'll also send you tracking when your order ships. Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers if you order more than one item.

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, then clicking your name at the top of the page. This will take you to your order dashboard, where all of your order information is held. You'll also be able to view all of your previous orders and tracking numbers.

 

Q: Am I able to change an order after it's been submitted?

A: We'll make every effort to stop your order before it ships. However, if your order has already been moved into production and shipped, we might not be able to accommodate an order change.

 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Mistakes happen! If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size or need to swap out merchandise, please email iridium@sparkbrandedsolutions.com to initiate a return. Please allow 7-10 business days for this exchange period. If you have ordered an on-demand item, this means that the item was specifically made for you. Because of this, on-demand items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us so we can make it right.

Q: I want to order an item that's not available on the store. Can you help?

A: Absolutely! Please email us what you had in mind, and we can prepare a custom quote for you. Your ideal quantity, budget and timeline are also helpful when preparing a custom quote.
